911 Emergency Ambulance
PMT Ambulance is a recognized leader in 911 emergency ambulance services and the trusted provider to some of the largest metropolitan and suburban communities in Arizona, including Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Peoria, Paradise Valley and Guadalupe. The economies of scale that come from being one of the state’s largest ambulance services provide us with an unparalleled ability to remain an economical choice for our customers. PMT’s certified paramedics and emergency medical technicians arrive on the scene with the skills and expertise to rapidly administer care, coordinate with on-scene first responders, communicate with emergency department physicians and transport patients to the most appropriate facilities.
Our investment in leading-edge technology systems, innovative business models, standardized business platforms and industry best practices make PMT Ambulance the smart and logical choice for our municipal partners. Rigorous, high-performance service standards set the bar for continuing advancement, while at the same time solidifying the quality and value of our services. We also take great pride in becoming a part of the communities we serve. Our outreach efforts include teaching public health and safety classes, partnering with local organizations to host community projects and events, and working with schools to provide safety programs for children and families.
Not all ambulance transports call for emergency lights and sirens. Increased patient travel between specialized treatment facilities and outpatient care facilities, nursing homes and in-home care have contributed to a growing demand for non-emergency ambulance services.
Many of our patients require ambulance transportation on a non-emergency basis for medically necessary, prescheduled transfers between hospitals and other healthcare facilities. We contract with facilities throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area as a preferred provider of non-emergency interfacility ambulance services.
Our non-emergency ambulance services are easy to access, with patient transport coordinators available 24 hours a day to arrange the most appropriate level of ambulance transportation for each patient. By providing a variety of transportation options, we add value for our healthcare facility partners.
